Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time BEFORE it is handed over to the courier (usually within 2-4 hours of placing the order).

To cancel immediately, message us on WhatsApp or call our helpline at 03346100201 with your Order ID.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been verified and dispatched with a courier tracking number, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit.

If you refuse parcel delivery at your doorstep, your profile may be flagged for future Cash on Delivery orders.

3. Cancellations Initiated by UB Collection

UB Collection reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product goes out of stock unexpectedly before dispatch.
• Customer provided an invalid, unconfirmed, or incomplete delivery address.
• Unresponsive phone number during order verification calls/messages.
